When buying a home, applying for a mortgage loan is very troublesome for most people, but it doesn't have to be. I've got great connections to many mortgage lenders in the Lexington area, and they've helped me understand a few things that can make the process of applying for a loan a snap.

1 – Make a list of questions regarding your loan program

Make sure to bring a list of questions if you find that you do not totally comprehend the ins and outs of all the various loan programs.
